WLiT facilitated an all female hackathon for female undergraduate students studying in and of the IT related subjects throughout Nepal on the occasion of International Girls in ICT Day, on 16 Baisakh 2073, 28 April 2016 at the building of Nepal Telecom Authority. The event was sponsored by NTA on behalf of the International Telecommunications Union. Over 60 female undergraduate students participated, out of which three groups were awarded the prize during the Girls in ICT Day conference.
