Nhasala Joshi

Nhasala Joshi is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Women Leaders in Technology (WLiT), a community organization working with young women for inclusivity and leadership in tech. She is an engineer turned development practitioner with an academic background in Electronics Communication Engineering and experience working in educational and IoT-based startups. She is passionate about shaping an inclusive digital future and supporting societal reforms by working at the intersection of the technology and development sector. She is engaged in global communities such as GDG Kathmandu, Women Techmakers, and Global Shapers Kathmandu Hub. She is an Australian Awards Fellowship recipient on Empowering women through entrepreneurship and business innovation and US Youth Council Alumni. She is currently involved in works relating to gender data, digital inclusivity, and building an inclusive tech ecosystem.
